Veralyn uses a size 00 vegetarian capsule so all three ingredients fit into one daily dose. Take it with a full glass of water and a meal, sip some water first, and tip your chin slightly down as you swallow. If swallowing capsules is difficult for you, talk with your healthcare practitioner.
Every bottle is filled by count — 60 capsules — not by volume. The space at the top and the desiccant packet help protect the capsules from moisture. If you count fewer than 60 capsules, that’s an order issue — see Question about an order at the top of this page.
